Had a really disgusting experience at Merthyr KFC, complained regarding this and was awarded a £20 voucher from the complaint. we used our voucher at this KFC what a difference .... welcoming staff,amazing manager Ariana, severed by Jaime which nothing was too much trouble,the environment was clean, the food was cooked fresh and toilets clean. The staff working also were clean tidy and smiley which added to this lovely experience. Would definitely dine here again, massive thank you to this team for making a disgusting experience in the Merthyr KFC into a pleasant one

Great offers, bucket of hot wings, beans, Pepsi max (regular) and fries £9.99 good value methinks, then finished that and needed another Pepsi max (regular) went down quite well

I don’t stop at KFC very often but on the last two occasions of doing so here I’ve been really impressed. Quick service, super hot food (unlike many fast food places), friendly staff, and (again unlike many other places) clean and tidy tables. Only marked down a little as it was rather chilly in there.
